A few things everyone needs to remember:

* Posts may be deleted without notice.
* For an offence to forum courtesy, you may get a warning, lose Karma and/or forum access depending on the offence.
* You can also receive a temporary game ban if your behaviour is considered a threat to the community.
* You can be banned from the site permanently if you do not respect the General user conditions and the various guide lines that are at your disposition

****Do Not Message Me If You Want To Be A MOD ****

What behaviour should I have on the forums?

I will read things completely before asking my questions, if I’m in a topic and ask a question that has its answer in the main frame of the topic that will make me look lazy.

I will also take a look at the manuals most of the time if I read carefully the answers I’m looking for are just waiting for me there.

I should avoid “TYPING IN ALL CAPITAL LETTERS”; this is like screaming in the middle of a library.

I should also avoid doing this >!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, it’s a lot like shouting and it makes the forums difficult to read.

If I use too many smileys on my posts I make the forums hard to understand for other players.

I must not flood the forums by posting the same thing again and again, I won’t get my answer faster and it’s not nice to others.

I need to remember the old days when I was still young and new and not tell other players off because they are asking the same question again and again, patience and understanding will be my motto.

I shouldn’t give orders to other players because they are not following the rules, an explanation and a kind smile go a lot further.

Even if I want to help the moderators I shouldn’t try and replace them, each one his duties and responsibilities.

I need to remember that a good title will get a good answer much faster, so I will make sure my title is complete and relevant.

I’m here because I need some information or I want to help other players so I will do my best to be courteous and nice with everyone, after all Howrse is one big happy family.

I won't make announcements in the forums. If it needs to be announced, then something will be posted by a mod or admin. I will look at the official topics for updates and announcements.

I will limit bumping of old posts to twice per day so I don’t disturb the forums and the other players too much.

I won’t rant if I’m not happy about something instead I will try and be constructive and think a way around it. Being positive will benefits the whole community, so I will consider this as important.

If I have a suspicion about a player I keep it to myself, mods and admins know what they are doing I should trust them. And I certainly will never post any names in the forums its rude and I don’t know if what I’m assuming is true or not. PM me privatly if you have a issue the needs attention.

-------------------------------------
I do hope that people will follow these rules. They are not unreasonable, so you have no reason to NOT follow them. If you do, you may get banned.
